Visa Auto-Filler — Privacy Policy

What the extension does

Visa Auto-Filler helps you fill the Saudi eVisa application form on visa.visitsaudi.com using photos of passports that you add yourself. Logging in to the visa portal, solving CAPTCHA and paying for the visa are always done by you.

Data we process

Passport photos you add in the extension are sent over HTTPS to our server (api.bekbro.net) to recognize the printed fields (name, passport number, dates). The recognized text is returned to the extension and stored only in your browser’s local extension storage until you press “Clear”.
Account data: your Telegram ID, an access token, your balance and usage counters (number of processed documents, visa PDFs requested) are stored on our server so that the service can be provided and billed.
Visa lookups: when the portal reports that an applicant already has a visa, the visa number, first name and passport number are sent to our server to fetch the visa PDF from the official MOFA portal and deliver it to you in Telegram.
Technical data: extension version and time of last use (to offer updates and keep statistics).

What we do not do

We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for advertising.
We do not read or store your portal password, payment card data or CAPTCHA answers.
We do not track your browsing on other websites; the extension only runs on visa.visitsaudi.com.

Third-party services

Passport images are processed with an AI text-recognition service on our behalf and are not retained by it after processing. Visa PDFs are delivered through the Telegram Bot API.

Retention and deletion

Passport photos are not kept on our server after recognition. Account and usage records are kept while you use the service. You can request deletion of your account and data at any time by messaging @VisaBotAdmin in Telegram.
